Learn the basics of creating, naming, and deleting Pages.
Overview
Pages offer a mix of manual text editing and interactive features that allow you to create custom documentation beyond what you get from Driver Docs. Here, we walk you through how to get started with basic page management, like creating and naming new pages and deleting and tagging them.
Create a Page from Any View
Click on the Create new page
icon at the top left of the screen.

This icon is visible in any view of the app.
Create a Page from the Home View
Navigate to the Home Page
Click on the
Create new page
icon on the top row of the Home Page
Create a Page from the Library View
Navigate to the Library.
Click on the
+ New
button on the top right of the Library.Select "Page" from the drop-down menu.
Create a Page from the Templates View
Navigate to the Templates Page.
Select the ellipsis at the bottom right of the desired template thumbnail.

from the drop down menu.
Create a Page from a Template
Navigate to the Templates page.
Select a template thumbnail.
When viewing the template, click on the
Create page from template
button.
Save a Page
While viewing any page, type cmd + s
to manually save it.
Pages are automatically saved every 750ms.
Delete a Page from the Page View
Viewing the page you want to delete.
Select the ellipsis from the top right of the screen.

from the drop-down menu.Select

again on the pop-up to confirm the action.
Delete a Page from the Library View
Find the page you want to delete in the Library.
Select the ellipsis to the right of the modified date.

Title a Page
Highlight the default title at the top of the page.
Replace it with the title of your choosing.
New blank pages will automatically be titled "Untitled Page #", where the number is incremented to enforce uniqueness.
View Page Properties
When viewing a page, click Properties
in the top right of the screen.

The page properties include a description of the last time the page was edited. Any tags associated with the page are listed as well.
View Page Context
When viewing a page, click Context
in the top right of the screen.

The page context is displayed by default and includes a list of sources currently associated with the page.
View and Navigate the Table of Contents
Hover over the horizontal bars on the left side of any page to view the table of contents.
Select any heading in the table of contents to jump to the corresponding section in the page.
The table of contents is automatically generated based on the hierarchy and order of all text in a page formatted with Heading 1, Heading 2, or Heading 3.
Tagging from the Page View
Hover over the
Tags
icon at the top of a page.Click on
Add tags
when it appears.Optionally create a new tag by typing where it says
Filter tags…
Select the tag from the drop down list.
Multiple tags can be applied to a page and can be used as filter criteria in the Library.
Tagging from the Page Properties
Add tags from the page properties in the same way as above.
