Before, we'd spend months and significant resources getting engineers up-to-speed on codebases and updating technical documentation so we could bring a product to market, only for those engineers to leave, the product to evolve, and the process to begin all over again. We grew frustrated with how much time and money was being wasted and how little progress could be made.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our frontend web application using modern technologies such as Next.js, React, Vercel, and Tailwind CSS.
