Create a collection from settings menu

  1. Click on your email address at the bottom right of the app.

    1. Click Settings and then Workspace.


  2. Under Collections, click the Create new collection button.


  3. In the Create Collection dialog box that appears, enter a new name for the collection.

  4. Add any combination of PDF's and codebases.

  5. Optionally "tune" any of the codebases after adding them.

  6. Click + Create collection to complete the process.

Create a collection when adding a source

  1. When viewing a Page, click + Add source on the right side of the app.

  2. Click on the Save as collection slider on the Sources dialog.

  3. Specify a name and add sources as described in the section above.

  4. Click + Add sources to complete the process.

Creating a collection from the Library View

  1. Navigate to the Library

  2. Click + Create collection from the top right.


  3. Follow the same steps as outlined above to complete the process.

Edit a collection

  1. Access the settings as described above.

  2. Hover over the collection name you want to delete.

  3. Click on the pencil icon.


  4. Make the required edits to the collection.

  5. Click + Update collection to complete the process.

Delete a collection

  1. Access the settings as described above.

  2. Hover over the collection name you want to delete.

  3. Click on the trash can icon.


  4. click Delete in the pop up to confirm the action.
